Angelina Jolie arrive Pakistan with aid to help flood affected people. Hollywood star and humanitarian Angelina Jolie arrive in Pakistan just like before with aid to help people of Pakistan. So lets have a look!
Angelina arrive in Dadu Pakistan to help catastrophic floods. International Committee Relief has recently shared this news officially “BREAKING: International humanitarian Angelina is with the IRC visiting Pakistan to see and hear from people affected by recent floods. With more rains expected in the coming months, we hope her visit will help the world wake up and take action”.
Earlier in 2010 Angelina Jolie arrive in Pakistan to help people. After this devastated flood and 1500 people lost their lives in Pakistan. Angelina visited at the time Pakistan Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif is on his tour 77th session of the U.N. General Assembly. According to reports this time flood has over $30 billion in damages.
She also highlighted the urgent support needed by Pakistani people. IRC Pakistan Country Director Shabnam Baloch said, “The climate crisis is destroying lives and futures in Pakistan, with severe consequences especially for women and children. The resulting economic loss from these floods will likely lead to food insecurity and an increase in violence against women and girls. We need immediate support to reach people in urgent need. And long term investments to stop climate change from destroying our collective futures. With more rains expected in the coming months, we hope Angelina Jolie’s visit will help the world wake up and take action.”
Pakistani flood affected areas and people living their urgently needs food, shelter, health care as well as Safety for girls. As after the big damage by flood people don’t have their own living place.
