While Fawad Khan wife SFK client shared that they ruined their wedding dress. Even after they provide all little details to the brand what they want. A customer name Aizaz Hashmi with more htan 50K followers shared their experience with fans.
Taking to his social media account he wrote ‘I ordered a sherwani for my baraat in October from a certain very well known brand. They delivered it 10 days before my wedding in a 2kg tcs box folded and without any care. The design was also different from what I ordered. I told them twice while they were making it that this is not the design I ordered. But they still finished it like that and sent it to me.’
Also he added ‘The fitting and sizing looked like it belongs to my younger brother (which I don’t have)These big brands do this sort of stuff very often. They take orders they can’t fulfill and their incompetent staff messes things up even more. And when I asked for a refund they said it’s not their policy. Well I guess delivering the right sherwani is also not in their policy. They also asked to send it back so they can fix it but I don’t wanna risk it. I have already ordered another sherwani locally, less than half the price and double the quality.’
‘If they couldn’t make the right thing in 2.5 months then I don’t trust em to fix this in 6 days. This might sound petty or whatever but it’s my big day and I want to look the best so this definitely pissed me and my family off’ He added.
