The case is registered under the section 409 (criminal breach of trust) of the Indian penal code. While the complaint was filed by Jaswant Shah resident of Mumbai.
He alleged the company which Gauri Khan is the brand ambassador. Failed to give the possession of the flat despite charging Rs 86 lakh. While the flat is located in Tulsiyani Golf View at Lucknow’s Sushant Golf City area and it was given to someone else. While Gauri Khan also filed complaint against Tulsiyani Construction and Development Limited Chief Managing Director, Anil Kumar Tulsiyani and its Director Mahesh Tulsiyani.
