The Centre’s counsel informed the High Court on Friday that the same issue was also being heard by the Supreme Court. While now court has order these three star that they had to stop posting and choosing these brands to promote. As people are following them. While before this Amitabh bachchan receive this notice and now he has ended his contract with these kind of brands promoting Tabaco and Vemal.
While Akhshay and Shahrukh has not yet submitted any answer in the court. After hearing the submission Indian bench has fixed the hearing on 9 May of 2024. He sent a legal notice to these Gutka brands that they can not use his advertisement now for further.
