Kaifi Khalil leaves his performance in mid after women being harassed in festival. Recently Kaifi Khalil perform in the Karachi biggest eat festival but unfortunately he have to left his performance in mid because of harassment there. So lets have a look more into this!
Pakistani Singer Kaifi Khalil who made so much popularity right after his song ‘Kahani Suno’. He recently appeared for his performance in Karachi most hype and biggest eat festival. While unfortunately something happen there and he had to left his performance in mid. Kaifi Khalil also talk over this matter.
On Day 3 of the 10th Karachi Eats event at the Beach View Park in Clifton Kaifi performed live there. While some people did harassment with women there who are also there to enjoy the event and festival. Also according to rumors Kaifi tried to save these women. And got inured but the news is wrong as Kaifi has cleared this news himself. Taking to his Instagram he wrote.
He said ‘I would just like to clarify the fake news that’s circulating around about me getting injured during my performance at the Karachi Eats Event yesterday which is not true.’ Moreover he added ‘I appreciate everyone being concerned about my wellbeing and inquiring about it, but I am totally fine! I will say that I am extremely disappointed and upset because of what happened yesterday. Ladies that came out to enjoy the evening with their family and friends were harassed and treated inappropriately by a group of individuals that lacked decency and common sense.’
He also revealed that its the second time and this all is still continue in such places. He wrote ‘The event got cancelled mid performance. Because I couldn’t continue with what was going on and because it became a safety concern for people in the audience as well. I request organizers to please take into consideration the safety of everyone attending. When choosing the venue for such events specially the ladies, so such incidents don’t happen. These events get organized so that people can come out to enjoy but there are some people who ruin the entire experience for everyone. This is the second time that this has happened at an event. That I’m performing at and it’s disgusting and unacceptable.’
At last Kaifi added ”m not sure why this keeps occurring but it needs to stop. How can I perform when this happens? I request that everyone please be mindful of each other and treat everyone with respect. THIS IS A MESSAGE TO ALL THE PEOPLE THAT FEEL ENTITLED AND THINK IT’S ACCEPTABLE TO ACT INAPPROPRIATELY AND HARASS SOMEONE,’.
