Pakistani actress Mahira khan has recently introduces her Kurta brand M by Mahira Khan. While Mahira Khan brand came under fire after they suddenly announces to cancel all of their orders and now they will only deliver it after Eid. The posted on their story ‘Due to unprecedented production delays orders will be delivered after Eid’.
While over this fans have shared their reaction as well. A user commented ‘After reading comments from other customers, I went to the site and saw my order was also cancelled. Why wasn’t I contacted directly and informed about this? Very disappointing and unprofessional customer service. I am also not convinced I’ll be getting refund. This seems like a scam operation’.
Over this the brand replied saying ‘Hello, we apologies for the inconvenience caused. Due to a technical issue, this issue was caused. We reassure you all orders are still being processed’.
While another one shared their same reviews ‘Hiya, what’s happening with orders that are getting cancelled? I ordered from your website the day you went live. And today it says on my order its been cancelled’.
Earlier her brand faces backlash for high prices of Kurta. Though many of her Kurtas has been sold out. But some fans wanted to buy kurta but its not in their range. Although it cost over 12000 for each kurta.
