Model and actress Nadia Khan has been clear from the defamation charges of Ansia Faruqi. As the actress was claim for making fun of political leader Sharmila Faruqi mother over social media. So lets have a look!
Actress and model Nadia Khan and Sharmila Faruqi had a big clash. After Nadia Khan shares her mother Ansia Faruqi video over social media. According to Sharmila Faruqi Nadia Khan tries to defame her mother by making fun of her in front of whole social media. Sharmila Faruqi also filed a case against Nadia Khan with defamation charges of 5 crore.
While Nadia Khan also came to front to clear the misunderstanding but later she also respond to the legal notice with 50 crore over Sharmila for using her name to get popularity. Now both the actresses has a take their matter up to the court. After the investigation and considering the evidences in video cyber crime clear all the defamation charges from Nadia Khan.
Talking about the video of Nadia Khan Twitter FIA cyber crime cell head Imran Riaz said “Making of video or any picture over social media is only illegal when your intentions is to harass someone or defame, disrepute”. Otherwise Nadia Khan doesn’t have these intentions. After considering the whole vlog which was shooted during the wedding of Saboor Aly wedding.
