Canadian Youtuber and Pakistani content creator Shahveer faces so much backlash and criticism right after he shared his prank video with wife. He shared his prank video with wife on Tiktok. While in Pakistani there is a huge rate of domestic violence and after seeing the video fans started criticizing Shahveer for doing choking prank on his wife.
Shahveer did choking prank on wife but it went wrong. Ayesha spotted sleeping and Shahveer put pillow on her face but she was sleeping on the other side. While after the video went viral fans were so quick to shared their response.
Kanwal Ahmed, who is the founder of Soul Sisters Pakistan and a filmmaker also shared her reaction over this video. She tweeted ‘In a country where thousands of women are killed every year from domestic violence. Famous YouTubers find it “funny” to make a reel around choking your wife.’
Another one tweeted ‘41.3k likes on a video where tiktoker, Shahveer Jafry, chokes his wife as a joke in a country where domestic violence is rampant. My blood is boiling’.
Another one asked him is it a joke to murder your wife? A user tweeted and asked ‘Please explain the joke to me? So the joke is that he tried murdering his wife but she was on the other side. Wow?? You do realize many of us have experience being suffocate. EXACTLY like this and it wasn’t a fucking joke. Violence is not funny. Don’t downplay this, jerks!’.
