Shekhar Kapur praises actress Sajal Aly performance in ‘What love got to do with it’. Indian director Shekhar Kapur in his interview reveal that why Sajal Aly was his first choice for their film What love got to do with it’.
Sajal Aly and Mahira khan both are the top Divas of Pakistani drama industry. They both made their career internationally and showed their splendid performances in Bollywood as well as Hollywood movies. Recently Sajal Aly has worked in film what love got to do wit it. Fans are really curious to know about the casting and why Shekhar Kapur chooses Sajal for this role.
While talking about Sajal Aly he said ‘She send me some of her auditions. And the interesting thing is that she has innocent eyes. But if you see her eyes in depth you can see the sensible mind in her. she’s obviously very beautiful, whenever she comes on screen we hear and see her, she’s beautiful and her performance has pain and strength. I said to her, ‘one of things we want from you is don’t portray yourself as weak, show yourself strong, you are gentle and you are shy, show that you have strength and if you will watch the film you could easily find that’.
While Shekhar Kapur think that Sajal Aly is the best for this role. He also directed him to show her innocence in film. While he said that if people will see they can defiantly find out her great performance in it. A part from it Sajal Aly has also worked in Bollywood film ‘MOM’ with legendary actress Siri Devi.
